Public participation at Parish Council meetings
Members of the public are very welcome to attend Parish Council Meetings and there is Public Forum for 15 minutes at the beginning of each meeting.
The Parish Council is not obliged to respond to queries at that time and may decide to either contact residents directly at a later date or defer the matter to be raised to a future meeting. This link contains full details of Public Participation at Council meetings
The Council’s policy on the publication of meeting agendas, minutes and associated documents is contained within its’ Freedom of Information Publication Scheme.

Members of the public wishing to make a comment or ask a question at the meeting, can also email the comment or question to: admin@disleyparishcouncil.org.uk or provide it in writing to the Parish Offices at Disley Community Centre. Comments or questions should be submitted by 5.00pm on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. All comments and questions received will be read out at the meeting for Council consideration.
