Disley Runners are a trail running group based in Disley. Everyone is welcome to join us for a run. We meet for a sociable 10km trail run every Thursday evening at 7.10pm outside the Ram’s Head. This run is mainly on trails with some hills. Routes are different every week and give a great opportunity to discover new paths in and around Disley. Pace varies to suit all. Tuesday evening there is a chance for new, returning and shorter distance runners to join a shorter run, around 5km, with a pace to suit everyone, even if some walking is needed. Meet Ram’s Head 7.10pm.

Many members attend the 5km Lyme parkrun on Saturdays at 9am and the Trust 10 Lyme Park 10km as well as various other runs and races of every possible length around the area.
