Motion Bodyworks is based in a comfortable and calming treatment room on the 1st floor of Cycle-Space, Disley. Resident Massage Therapist, Cathryn Hamer, has an extensive knowledge of anatomy & physiology, and is trained in a variety of techniques.
So, whether you are recovering from injury, dealing with areas of tension or simply wanting to relax, you will receive a treatment that is tailored to your needs.

Wednesdays – 10.30-17.45
Thursdays – 10.30 -18.45
Fridays – 10.30 – 17.45
Occasional Saturdays – 10.30-16.45
